Marketing is more than simply putting a picture of a product online with the words "BUY NOW" underneath it. Marketing is understanding your audience, choosing precise placement, and making use of timing in order to create a movement.
Marketing came as a surprise to me, but with my major in English and minor in Graphic Design along with my extensive work in freelance, marketing myself was a need. These skills led me to be chosen for a Marketing Coordinator position at a global company when I originally applied in the area of Graphic Design. Years later, I'm now rocking the marketing world and loving every second of it!
Why is marketing so important, you ask? Marketing gives your business a voice and a story that sticks. Marketing is the driving force behind repeat business and a legacy that lasts.

Marketing is more than just a pretty layout and fancy images, it's timing and placement as well! The core to any good marketing campaign or effort is the strategy behind the marketing.
Understanding audience, place, and time as well as cadence is what creates effective marketing.
And that’s where I come in. With hands-on experience in strategic marketing, I know how to turn a concept into results.
