ONE PAGE AT A TIME...

My writing journey began in second grade when I found more magic in words than numbers.

By high school, my passion for storytelling earned recognition and set me on the path to study writing in college. There, I tutored fellow students through Writing Across the Curriculum and the UNG Writing Center, helping to boost their confidence in the ability writing gives to shape ideas into stories worth telling.

After graduating, I continued tutoring while writing vows, on-the-spot poetry, and heartfelt tributes for lost loved ones. I’ve crafted copy for small businesses on their websites and printed materials, guided authors through their novels with editing and story development, created a children’s book series, and had my poetry published in magazines and on Amazon.

Moving forward, I'll continue merging the world inside my head with the world around me, connecting messages with powerful narrative to bring them to life, and supporting the fact that our words are our craft...one page at a time!

Poetry

Poetry condenses big ideas and messages into a bite-sized format.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but never detail what those words are.

I take the people, places, and events that mean the most to you and memorialize them into a piece that you'll treasure forever. Pure poetry.

Killing your darlings, getting rid of those beautifully written but out of place words or sentences, is difficult. Leave it to a professional.
